To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests and technicians, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following policies prior to booking your appointment.
Booking Policy
A 50% reservation fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. Prices may vary depending on the technician’s experience and skill level—please select accordingly when booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. Your reservation fee can be refunded or applied as credit toward a future service.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service price will be charged. Your reservation fee will be retained as the cancellation fee.
Appointments booked within 24 hours:
are still subject to cancellation policies. The reservation fee becomes non-transferable.
No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellations
First no-show: 50% of the service price will be charged.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations: 100% of the service price will be charged
and must be paid before rebooking.
All cancellation fees apply even if the appointment was made the same day.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving 10–15 minutes late may still be accommodated based on available time and technician schedule.
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the appointment may be canceled.
One-Time Emergency Exception
We understand that life happens. Each client is allowed one emergency cancellation with no fee. After this, all standard cancellation policies will apply.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued after product removal is completed at our salon.
If nails are not removed, no refund will be granted.
Our pricing is based on technician skill levels; please choose accordingly.
All services are rendered with care and quality.
Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference is not eligible for a refund.
Partial refunds may be considered at management’s discretion within 7 days of the original service.
